Our products, such as tuna and salmon come from some of the most riches waters from around the world. Hong's imports tuna from Hawaii, Panama, Vietnam, Equador, Canada, Spain, Africa, etc...
The quality of tuna is maintained throughout the year. Our buyers select tuna from vast amounts, to pick the best available. Our buyer(s) pick and choose from those that  have been sent to us for grading. Your tuna is then chosen by one of our "master" graders. And, finally distributed to your restaurant for consumption. |
Salmon is imported from Scotland. We have maintained a great relationship with some of the best salmon companies based in Scotland.
Though, Scotland is our dominant source, we do bring in salmon from Canada and Chile, based on supply and demand.
